Our US warehouse operates from Mondays to Fridays (9 am - 5 pm), and on Saturdays (9 am - 2 pm). The warehouse is closed on Sundays and all US holidays. We will not be held responsible for packages left outside the warehouse after opening hours.

We ship by sea once per week. We recommend using sea shipping for large items such as barrels, furniture, and large boxes. Although this is slower, it is more efficient for these items. It is also cost-effective.

Packages take 4-5 days to arrive in Jamaica after it is received/delivered at our warehouse. However, shipping time varies depending on the destination, shipping method (air, sea, and land), carrier, and customs clearance.

We will provide you with a notification via email when your package is ready, along with your service charges/invoice. Then you can request delivery or pick-up your package/s at the designated location.

Customs fees are applied to items valued at USD 100 or more. For items over the USD 100 threshold, a JMD 400 processing fee is applied.

All packages that pass through customs are subject to inspection, which entails customs officers opening parcels to inspect your package/s to ensure that the items you are sending comply with customs requirements.

Yes, all packages shipped by us require an invoice. The invoice avoids your package being held at customs and incurring additional charges/fees. Your invoices specify the item in each package and the cost for each package.

We have flights from the U.S. 3 times per week. Once packages are cleared at Customs, you can expect them to be ready within 72 hours.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website or our tracking portal.

We do not ship the following items: toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including; swords, gun, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters, and matches, camouflage, cash etc. to learn more about restricted items please visit the Jamaica customs Agency website.

Yes, we do offer express shipping. We ship 5 times per week for our express service. You can have your packages ready for pickup within 48-72 hours after they have been delivered to our warehouse.

We offer both express and standard shipping. When you use our express service, you can expect to receive your packages within 48-72 hours. On the other hand, our standard service expects delivery of packages to be within 5-7 working days after they have been delivered to our warehouse.

NVB's Shipping & Logistics will only accept responsibility for lost parcels if the item was uploaded to our warehouse and there is evidence that the package was handled by our team. In such a case, both parties will come to a favorable agreement to resolve the issue. We will not, however, bear responsibility for packages left outside our business hours unattended by delivery personnel, as there are signs instructing drivers not to deliver packages when the warehouse is closed.

Packages over the 10-lb weight mark will attract a $200 processing fee. For packages that value USD 100 or more, a $400 processing fee will be applied to those packages, along with the customs charges imposed on said packages. Please note that all customs fees are payable the customer.

Packages are stored for up to 5 days after being notified that they are ready for pick-up. All packages will attract a storage fee after 7 days of not being collected or paid for to be sent through Knutsford Express. Storage/late fee will be charged at $150 after 5 days. NVB’s Shipping & Logistics reserves the right to disposed or auction packages after 30 days of them not being collected.
